At Buzypro, we understand that sometimes plans change. We offer flexible cancellation options to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Cancellation Timeframes

• Within 3 days of service initiation: 100% refund of service fees
• 3-7 days of service initiation: 50% refund of service fees
• After 7 days: No refund, but service completion guaranteed

3. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation is allowed only under the following conditions:

• Service work has not been significantly initiated
• Documents have not been filed with government authorities
• No fees have been paid to government agencies
• Written cancellation request must be submitted

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Government fees and charges already paid
• Services already filed and approved by authorities
• Processing fees deducted by banks/payment gateways
• Completed consultations and advisory services

5. Refund Process

Once a valid cancellation request is received:

1. Request is verified within 2 business days
2. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days
3. Amount is credited to original payment method
4. Confirmation email is sent to registered email

6. Refund Requests

To request a refund:

• Provide service reference number and reason
• Submit any supporting documentation
• We will respond within 48 hours

7. Service Completion Guarantee

If we fail to complete any service within the promised timeline without your fault:

• We will refund 50% of service fees, OR
• Complete the service at no additional cost
• You can choose either option

8. No Hidden Charges

All charges are clearly communicated upfront:

• Service fees are clearly itemized
• Government fees are separately mentioned
• No surprise charges after service initiation
• Any additional costs require your written approval

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds:

• Contact our support team within 30 days of issue
• Provide detailed explanation and evidence
• We will respond within 5 business days
• Fair resolution will be provided
